Do my customers need to install an app?

No. There is nothing to install and no account to create at the counter — a phone number or a scan is enough. Guests who want to see their points online can open their OuiPass in any browser.

Can customers earn points for leaving reviews?

No — by design. Rewards are earned through eligible visits and purchases only, and are never conditioned on leaving a public review. Review invitations stay neutral and identical for everyone, which keeps your venue on the right side of Google's review policies.

What stops someone claiming points they didn't earn?

Every point entry is confirmed with a staff PIN, high-value redemptions require an SMS verification code, and the ledger is append-only — corrections are visible reversals, so balances always add up and nothing disappears silently.
